Get into the thickest slop confidently with the D&L Tackle Advantage Jig. Built with a recessed line-tie to protect your knot and fiber weedguard to deflect snags not hook sets, the D&L Tackle Advantage Jig easily slides in-and-out of dense cover thanks to its streamlined head shape. Backed by a beefy 4/0 hook, it has what it takes to horse the big ones out of their strongholds. Available in a variety of colors, the D&L Tackle Advantage Jig is accentuated with premium silicone skirting held in place with a rubber skirt collar.

These go through anything. My favorite jigs by far. Would love to be a team member eventually. Thanks

Love these jigs. Great selection of colors. The wire weed guard is set close enough for an easy hook set but does not get caught up. Rounded bottom works great for preventing hangups when flipping tight to cover. Very versatile jig. When I first started jig fishing 4 years ago I didn’t know the difference between jigs so I just bought what I thought looked great. I went through lots of experimenting, snags, lost lures, and lost fish. My tackle box had a wide variety of brands. Over time I found myself always coming back to the D & L advantage. It is now the only jig I use. I HIGHLY recommend.

Absolutely fantastic jigs. Best on the market in the my opinion, I was kind of new to jig fishing when I first discovered the advantage jig and I sure caught on quickly to realize these by far out fish any other jig I’ve used. All around best on quality, colors, ease of pulling thru cover and versatility.

I recently had my 1st. opportunity to try out D&L Tackle’s jigs. A friend of mine gave me qty. 5 of the ¾ oz. Advantage Head jigs, all in Green Pumpkin color. We whacked ’em!
We’d located some deep moss beds, topping out about 8 ft. below the surface, with long stems emerging from the bottom in crystal clear 25-35+ft water, a river channel VERY close by.
The jig & trailer color was just plain ‘ol Green Pumpkin but I had modified the skirt some by tying in a few strands (¼ tab) of brighter fluorescent-type colors on the ventral side (as the jig falls)- I named it “Simple but Deadly”! Making these long casts, i.e. “BOMB” casts- from well off the underwater points and humps with lush, thick moss beds of Coontail, Hydrilla, and Milfoil. (I called the tactic”long distant punching”! lol). We were using 17lb. Seaguar InvisX Fluorocarbon. The 3/4 oz. Advantage Head design allowed the jig to slide through the moss, & we could “feather” it on the way down into the cave-like areas beneath the main growth of Hydrilla, Coontail & Milfoil. When the jig hit bottom we made very slow 6-8 inch /”lifts” or pops off the bottom. The strikes were either the classic telltale “thump” of a jig bite- &/or sometimes the bass would just pop the jig in its mouth and begin moving away- or not even budge an inch, as in “the ‘mushy’ bite”. Every fish we were catching was 3-4 lbs. Not a single dink in the 8 hr. Long tourney! My sack of fish ( about 18 lbs.) was enough to win the tournament. My partner’s 15+ lbs. sack was enough weight to take Angler of the Year, and our combined team fish limit of 10 took “Big Stringer” honors. Besides the 1 good 4+ lb. fish I had on a Megabass 110 Vision, all the rest came on the D&L Tackle Advantage Head Jigs. We need to re-stock! Thank you D&L Tackle!
